一外企代表离职被扣奖金,怒写中英文邮件群发

今天收到很多人发来的一份截图,仔细看了下,以前有过类似的,大致情况就是离职时奖金被扣,于是写了一封中英文对照的邮件给管理层和旧同事们,“希望公司领导层能引起关注并解决员工的合理请求,也请同事们给我支持。”

员工感觉受到不公待遇于是群发邮件说明情况,这种事情在很多外企都发生过,我每月都会看到些,不过这次中英文对照的今年倒是第一次,这里分享给大家一下:

各位

我是来自南区已离职的××,今天给大家发邮件只是为了讨回属于自己的权益。

本人完成了Q2的工作后,于2017年7月31日离职,最后一次领工资是8月31日,包含了Q2的奖金,但本次工资+奖金无故少了7208元

随后,我咨询了人事部的A,她告知公司有保留奖金的政策,发了这份奖金之后,一年之内不能离职,旦离职,这份奖金就要被扣。

作为公司的老员工,在加入公司将近2年的时间里,我一直很敬业,并且获得了2016年销售杯"。

本次Q2的奖金是作为我在整个Q2工作期间所付出的合理回报,这是我应得的

所以,我非常震惊,因为我从来就不知道公司有这样奖金的制度,甚至也在其它外企也没有规定.
So, I was shocked. because i never knew the company had such a bonus system, or even other foreign companies.

关于公司的保留奖金政策,不论在职或者离职时,都没收到公司任何书面性的文件或者邮件,甚至也没有地区经理以及大区经理的任何口头通知,因此,我并不认可公司这种随意扣掉奖金的行为,已经严重侵犯了我的权益
Keep the bonuses policy about the company, regardless of job or resignation, the company did not receive any written documents or the mail, or even the area manager and district manager of any verbal notice, therefore, I do not recognize the random behavior of company ‘s bonus, has seriously violated my rights.

希望公司领导层能引起关注并解决员工的合理请求,也请同事们给我支持。
I hope the leadership of the company can attract attention and solve the employees’ reasonable requests, and also ask my colleagues to support me

为了讨回属于自己的权益,我将不惜一切代价,并且不排除采取法律手段。
In order to recover my own rights, I will pay no price, and do not rule out legal means.

公道的说一句,从行业现状来看,企业离职时扣留部分奖金大部分情况下是不合理的,也得不到法律的支持,希望企业在以后能妥善处理类似事情,一线销售挣的都是辛苦钱,再说了,好聚好散嘛~
